Live Oak International regularly welcomes 10,000 spectators during the 4-day competition. Guests who attend Live Oak International and equine events, in general, tend to have a higher average annual income and are willing to spend more. Thus, our Vendor Village offers retailers a unique opportunity to showcase and sell their products.

The shopping area is positioned in the middle of all the activity, and because guests spend several hours at our event, they frequently browse for items at the Vendor Village.

Two sizes of individual spaces are available. Each space comes with one (1) – 8′ table and two (2) folding chairs. Vendor parking is provided. Please note that the vendor spaces are constructed by 20′ x 40′ adjoined tents.  All tent spaces are 20′ in depth, with either 10′ or 20′ frontage. We do not provide a physical divider between spaces.

Vendors who have their own trailers may rent space for $900 –SOLD OUT for 2020

While each vendor may choose their preferred location, event organizers make the final decision as to where a vendor will be located and will be considered on a first paid/first served basis.
