Why Our Equine Competition Is Good for Business

Live Oak International offers vendors a unique opportunity to sell to a family-oriented crowd that has above-average expendable income. That means our equine competition is great for business!

The Vendor Village provides a great space to offer your products. Your passion and workmanship will be on display for all to see.

Whether you have art pieces to sell or are offering jewelry or other merchandise, this event is the place for you to sell! Located in the heart of the event, guests spend several hours at equine events and in between competitions are frequently browsing for items at the Vendor Village.

Guests who attend Live Oak International and equine events, in general, tend to have a higher average annual income and are more seasoned than the typical event participant. With more than 10,000 guests expected, the Live Oak International Combined Driving and Show Jumping Tournament offers vendors a captive audience eager to browse the Vendor Village.

This village features individual tent spaces available for lease to each vendor.
Two sizes of tents are available:
10′ by 20′, $550 per space
20′ by 20′, $900 per space
In addition, vendors who have their own trailers may rent space for $900
Contract and payments are due by Feb. 10.

Event organizers will make the final decision on where a vendor will be located. Each space comes with one (1) – 8′ table and two (2) folding chairs. Vendor parking is provided.
