Stabling Inquiries

Stables open at 9 a.m. Tuesday, March 2022, for Live Oak International. Please review the following equestrian event stabling information and let us know if you have questions.

Unless you have written permission from the organizer, a $500 fine will be assessed for horses arriving early.

Credentials for competitors to the stabling area are limited to one credential for the athlete, one for a groom, one for a partner, and two owner credentials per horse. Drivers are allowed four grooms for Four-in-Hand entries, three for pairs and one for single. Additional credentials are $100 each and are available at the Tournament Office.

Please check in with the Secretary’s Office once your horse has arrived. The office opens at 9 a.m. Tuesday, March 3, 2020.

Stables are temporary with canvas on frame doors and set on a lime rock base. Shavings can be ordered for $8.50 a bag. Timothy and Alfalfa Hay can be purchased through the Horse Show Office.

For horses not stabled on the grounds, there is a $50 grounds fee. If you would like to be stabled with another competitor, make that clear on your entry form. Live Oak International makes every effort to assign the requested stabling.
