Spectator FAQs: What to Know for the Tournament

Welcome to the Live Oak International Combined Driving & Show Jumping Tournament. Below we have answered some of the most frequently asked questions about our annual equestrian competition. If your question is not on here, please ask us by filling out our contact form.

What is the 2021 date? We have made the decision that in order to safeguard the continuity of Live Oak International in the long term, the Tournament for 2021 will not be held. This was a very emotional and difficult choice to make but we do not want to take any risks whatsoever when it comes to the health of those involved with this wonderful event. It is impossible to predict how the pandemic will develop over the next few months or what measures will be needed to safely host an event. We believe that making this decision early is the fairest for our sponsors, exhibitors, partners, volunteers, suppliers, and community. Is there an entry fee?Yes. General admission to the event is $10 per person, and children under 6 are admitted free. Tickets are available for purchase online and at the gate. Proceeds from the event go to selected area charities and non-profit organizations.
When should I arrive?Please check our daily schedule for specific times.
Is there seating available?Yes. There is limited guest seating at the main arena. Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or even a blanket to watch from the many vantage points.
Is there a parking fee?No. The parking area is located adjacent to the event grounds. Guest shuttles are available and will run throughout the day to transport guests to and from the parking area and event grounds.
Where is the entrance?The guest entrance for the event is located at 2215 SW 110th Ave. Turn south on Southwest 110th Avenue off of State Road 40 and travel 1.4 miles. Parking attendants will guide you the rest of the way.
Will there be food?A variety of food vendors will be available throughout the event. The food vendors are located in the Vendor Village, which offers a variety of products and services.
Can I bring my dog?Well-behaved dogs are welcome at the competition, but must be kept on a leash at all times. Remember to pick up after your dog and keep them with you at all times.
