Chloe Reid is Chester Weber’s 20-year-old niece and a sophomore at the University of Miami, Florida. Chloe’s Grandmother, Charlotte Weber, is the owner of Live Oak Plantation.

Chloe won the Lionel Guerrand-Hermes award from the US Equestrian Team Foundation for 2017. Bestowed annually to a Junior or Young Rider in one of the Olympic disciplines (not just show jumping), the award recognizes a rider who exemplifies the Team’s ideals of sportsmanship and horsemanship.

Chloe, who’s been training with Marcus Beerbaum for the past two years, splits her time between Florida and Germany.

Catch her in action at this week at Live Oak International! She’ll be looking to improve upon her second place finish in last year’s Longines FEI World Cup Qualifier.

Way to go, Chloe!

In 2020, Combined Driving and Show Jumping event history was made at the 30th Live Oak International. One of the largest equine events today.
